IC-Engines, Traffic and Environment

We are specialized in measurements and R&D of cars on chassis dynamometers and IC engines on engine dynamometers. 3 roller- and 5 engine-dynamometers are available. The legal measurements and several projects in the area “vehicles and environment" are carried out, for industry and authorities.

To interested firms and institutions we propose partnership

 in R & D:

• R & D of IC engines – systems of injection, combustion, supercharging and exhaust gas aftertreatment

• Influence of the improvements of the fluidity of traffic on the emissions and fuel consumption

• Particulate traps and deNOx systems – quality and application

• Nanoparticulates

• Energy consumption and improvement potentials of electric-and hybrid-vehicles
